Therapy is a very individualized process and I personalize therapy to YOU through a variety of therapeutic techniques. I specialize in those that struggle with substance abuse, chronic health issues, those that struggle with trauma(s), and everything in between.
The therapy methods I apply are integrative and evidence-based proven to help address mental health issues (e.g. depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, etc), interpersonal relationships, chronic health, self-worth/self-esteem struggles, life adjustments, trauma(s), addictions/substance use disorders, couples therapy, and more.
Some of the modalities I utilize include Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Processing, Recovery Principles, Solution Focused, and more.
